Victory Assembly is overseen by a Ministers' Council and a Ministry Leadership Team. Also, as a registered charity, Victory Assembly also has a board of Trustees. Below you will find details on all of the members of the Ministers' Council and some of the Ministry Leadership Team.
Musa Bako - Senior Pastor
As full time Senior Pastor of Victory Assembly, I oversee the church and its leadership team, and carry out general pastoral responsibilities including teaching, counselling and encouraging people in my Parish. I also oversee and support other RCCG churches in the UK as Zonal Pastor. My aims are to see the saints mature in the things of God and fulfil their destiny in Him. I also have a passion to raise a congregation that is not inward, but impacts her community, meeting the needs of people outside the church.

Eunice Bako - Pastor
As Pastor’s wife and Pastor at Victory Assembly, I support my husband with the running of the affairs of the church, and also coordinate Victory Assembly’s Achievers (Women's Ministry). My aims are to see Victory Assembly realize her vision of a multicultural congregation and to see every woman in the church be what God has called her to be in all areas of her life. I love to sing and support the worship team when I am able. We are blessed with three children and I also have a love for cooking, especially for my husband.
Jean Mabelane - Worship Team Leader
As a worship leader in Victory Assembly, I oversee and provide vision and direction to the worship team. My desire is to help each member of the team to develop their full potential in character and gifting. My aim is to lead the saints of Victory Assembly into an awesome experience of worship. I am also seeking to build a worship team that has a liberated spirit to worship and ,which reflects the multicultural vision of the Church. I plan to encourage every member of the team to build a personal relationship with God and to introduce an increasing number of songs written by Victory Assembly members.
Felix Dina - Technical/Multimedia coordinator
As a leader of the Technical/Tapes Department, my vision is to ensure that the words being preached in the Church are first heard clearly and then preserved to be used again and again in the future. I also have the vision to ensure that these words that are preached amongst us can be transmitted to the Church without boundaries. I also have the vision to put the Church on both audio and visual in fulfilling our mission God helping us.
Clint Uwadie - Evangelism and Outreach Coordinator
I serve as the Evangelism and Outreach Coordinator.
Sarah Akpaka - Events and Publicity Coordinator
I coordinate the events which take place in Victory Assembly. It is our vision to hold events which not only edify members of Victory Assembly, but that reach out to people from different churches across our beloved city of Sheffield and indeed across the North of England and beyond. It is also our intention to run events which are accessible to ALL peoples regardless of their cultural or social backgrounds. I also have a passion to see the profile of Victory Assembly raised within Sheffield and this nation, not so that we can be recognised but so that the Name of Jesus can be glorified. This is done through effective advertising on buses, radio, and press and by eye-catching leaflets which members can give to friends and colleagues which tell of the goodness of God, as well as what God is doing in Victory Assembly. I also am responsible for keeping the website up to date. I have been blessed with three wonderful children.
Dr Samuel Okerenta - Leader of Finance Department
Serving as the leader of the Finance department, I ensure that all income and expenditures of the church are properly received and accounted for. I exercise prudence in allocation of resources to meet the daily operation of the church. I also liaise with other voluntary agencies and charity commission to ensure that the church comply with financial regulations and guidelines of the Charity Commission in the running of the church.
I married to Chinyere Sam-Okerenta and we are blessed with three wonderful children who have passion to know the Lord better each day of their lives.
